How innovation conserves resources - a portrait of Steinbeis Papier at Welt.de
09.09.2020 - Sustainability as a business model: Steinbeis Papier has been ahead of its time for decades. A recently released film documentary shows the resource-efficient production process of the European market leader.
Germany as a centre of innovation: Steinbeis Papier has been helping to shape it for decades. As early as the mid-1970s, the pioneering spirit and uncompromising sustainability standards in Glückstadt paved the way for a consistently environmentally friendly company that thinks and acts in cycles. Innovation and resource conservation have gone hand in hand at Steinbeis Papier ever since.
As part of the advertorial series "Innovation Germany", a team from the newspaper "Welt" visited the Steinbeis production site to see for themselves how the company has optimised the paper production process.
The result: a film report that provides an insight behind the scenes and also gives the designers of the company's special DNA a chance to have their say. In an interview with business correspondent Anne Steinbach, CEO Ulrich Feuersinger, production expert Andreas Steenbock and Sales Director Benjamin Höckendorf explain the Steinbeis Papier principle.
